This Refund Policy & Subscription Terms ("Policy") governs purchases made through PeptidesGPT via https://peptidesgpt.com. By purchasing any product or subscription, you agree to this Policy.

Subscription Plans

PeptidesGPT offers the following plans:

All plans provide access to digital tools, content, and AI-powered features.

Section 02
Billing & Auto-Renewal

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis:

  • Monthly plans are billed every 30 days
  • Annual plans are billed once per year
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date

Payments are processed securely via Stripe or other authorized providers.

Section 03
Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

How Cancellation Works Cancellation stops future billing. You retain full access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time. To cancel, use your account dashboard or contact support.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Services:

Standard Policy
All Sales Final
All sales are final and non-refundable, including subscription payments, one-time purchases, and lifetime access purchases.
Exception
Limited Cases
We may, at our sole discretion, provide refunds for: duplicate charges, technical issues preventing access, or billing errors. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.
Section 05
Free Trials (If Offered)

If a free trial is offered:

  • You will not be charged during the trial period
  • Billing will begin automatically when the trial ends unless canceled
Your Responsibility It is your responsibility to cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. We recommend setting a reminder before your trial expiration date.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • We may retry billing automatically
  • Your access may be suspended until payment is successful

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate billing information
  • Managing your subscription status
  • All activity under your account

Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

  • Existing subscribers will be notified in advance
  • Changes will apply at the next billing cycle

Chargebacks & Disputes
Contact Us First Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension and loss of access to Services. We encourage you to contact support to resolve any billing issues before filing a dispute.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeptidesGPT shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of access due to billing issues
  • User dissatisfaction with digital content

Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.
